Hello! My name is Kathryn LaCroix, and I am so happy you dropped by. I am live wedding painter and portrait artist located in North Carolina. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lee University in 2015, and have since been working professionally in the arts. My passion is to create beautiful and unique images that will bring the viewer joy.

I work mostly in heavy body acrylics, a water-based paint. I love acrylics because they layer beautifully and give bold texture, while also drying quickly. You have to move and think quickly as a live wedding painter, and acrylics give me ample time to add, take away, and layer my paintings as needed. Once finished, all paintings are se
